Which service do I need?
A chip or a small crack
As a rule of thumb, chips smaller than a quarter and cracks shorter than about three inches can be repaired, unless the damage is in the driver's line of sight or right at the edge of the glass.
Repair takes about twenty minutes, costs a fraction of a replacement, and insurance often covers it with no deductible. Send us a photo with a coin next to it for scale and we will tell you which you need.
A long crack, or damage in your line of sight
That is a replacement. Once a crack passes repairable size, or sits where it would leave distortion in front of the driver, new glass is the safer answer.
If your vehicle has a camera on the windshield, calibration is part of that job and we do it here.
A shattered side or back window
Tempered glass shatters rather than cracks, so it is always a replacement. The bigger job is the cleanup: fragments in the door cavity, the seat rails and the carpet, which we vacuum out properly.
A window that will not move
Usually the regulator, the motor or the switch rather than the glass. We diagnose and replace all three.
Cracked or shattered roof glass
Sunroof, moonroof and panoramic panels are all tempered, so they are replaced rather than repaired. While the panel is out we clear the drain tubes, which is what actually causes most sunroof leaks.

Do you charge extra for mobile service?
No. Inside our service area mobile service is free. We come to your home, office or job site at no additional cost.
Can you come out the same day?
Most days, yes. Call and we will tell you what is actually open today rather than guess.
What glass do you use?
OEM or OEE. Both are made to the manufacturer's specification and support your ADAS camera. We do not install low-grade aftermarket glass.
Do you handle the insurance claim?
Yes. Give us your insurer, policy number and the date of damage and we do the rest. We also put up to $100 toward your deductible.
What is covered by the warranty?
Workmanship, for the life of the glass, and it stays with the vehicle if you sell it. Glass defects are covered by the manufacturer and we handle that claim too.
