Before you call
What is the quickest way to get a price?
Text a photo of the damage to 703-254-5454 with the year, make and model. We will come back with a real number, usually within the hour during working time.
Do you answer the phone yourselves?
Yes. Calls come to the shop, not a call centre. If we are under a vehicle and miss you, leave a message and we will call back.
Can I just turn up at the shop?
Please call first. We are often out on mobile jobs, and glass is usually ordered for your specific vehicle, so an unannounced visit normally means a second trip for you.
What do you need to know when I call?
The year, make and model, which glass is damaged, and whether the vehicle has a camera behind the mirror, a heated windshield, a rain sensor or a heads-up display. Those change which glass your car takes.
Do you come to me?
Yes, at no extra charge anywhere we serve. We need a reasonably level spot with room to work, and we reschedule in rain, snow or extreme cold because the adhesive will not cure properly.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 2:00. The online quote works any time, including overnight and Sundays.
